Handmade Nature of Products

All items sold by Moonlit Moss Studio are handmade. Because of this:

• Each piece is unique
• Slight variations in glass, solder lines, texture, and finish are normal
• Small imperfections are part of the handmade process and not considered defects

Product photos are taken as accurately as possible, but colors and textures may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Because pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind:

• Inventory may be limited
• Products may sell out quickly
• Availability may change without notice

We reserve the right to:

• Modify prices at any time
• Discontinue products
• Refuse or cancel orders if necessary

If an order must be cancelled, any payment already made will be refunded.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

Moonlit Moss Studio does not store your full payment information.

By purchasing through this site, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• Your billing information is accurate and complete

Shipping

Processing times are listed on individual product listings whenever possible.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Holidays
• Customs processing (for international orders)

Moonlit Moss Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• Packaging
• Shipping label

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photographs, logos, branding, product names, website content, and images created by Moonlit Moss Studio remain the intellectual property of Moonlit Moss Studio unless otherwise stated.

• Used commercially

without written permission.

Product Care & Safety

Stained glass is fragile and should be handled with care.

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper installation and hanging
• Keeping artwork away from children and pets where appropriate
• Regularly checking hanging hardware and suction cups

Moonlit Moss Studio is not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper installation, handling, or misuse of products.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional communication, approval, and production time.

Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellations and refunds may not be available.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is used only for:

• Order fulfillment
• Customer communication
• Shipping
• Website functionality

Your information will never be sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability
