Thank you so much for supporting handmade art from Moonlit Moss Studio. Every stained glass piece is handmade by me in small batches, which means each item will have slight variations, tiny imperfections, and unique character that make your piece one of a kind.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of stained glass art, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect measurements chosen by the customer
• Minor handmade variations or natural imperfections
• Improper hanging, handling, or care after delivery

However, I want you to genuinely love your piece, so please reach out if there is a problem with your order.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of:
  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Depending on the situation, I may offer:

• A repair
• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund

Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible.

Repairs

I offer repairs on Moonlit Moss Studio pieces whenever possible.

If your piece becomes damaged after purchase, send me photos and I’ll let you know what repair options are available. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to non-shipping-related repairs.

Lost Packages

Moonlit Moss Studio is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not already begun.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable once materials have been cut or work has begun.

I will communicate closely throughout the design process to ensure the final piece reflects the agreed vision.

Color & Texture Variations

Glass naturally varies in:

• Color
• Opacity
• Texture
• Patterning
• Iridescence

Photos are taken in natural lighting when possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.

Hanging & Safety Disclaimer

Stained glass is delicate artwork and should be handled carefully.

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper installation
• Safe hanging
• Keeping pieces away from children and pets when appropriate

Suction cups are intended for lightweight ornament-sized pieces only and should be checked regularly, as all suction cups can lose grip over time.
